The family of the late legendary Australian surf photographer, Marty Tullemans, are in a bitter court dispute over the money left in his will, after an envelope labelled 'Powderkeg' was discovered with an updated but potentially invalid version of his will.

An award-winning surf photographer from the 1970s, Martin Tullemans, 68, died on December 1, 2020, after a long battle with ill health, including dementia. Mr Tullemans began his career as a surf photographer with surfing magazine Tracks and his surfing images appeared in magazines in Australia and the US over four decades.
