It's not exactly what I expected, I thought it would be pure smoky bacon flavor with a jelly-jam consistency but it is more of a smoky, sweet, savory, flavor with a bit of a tart kick. I threw some in a traditional vinaigrette and ate it with a salad made from TJ's baby greens.
